They gave a detailed review of the car. They also gave an estimate on how much it would cost to get everything fixed. It was very helpful in my decision making when trying to figure out if I should office a vehicle or not.

I thought I needed a brake job but this guys said no. Most places would have milked me for an unnecessary brake job. Very honest and quick work.

Service was great. Very professional. Time frame for repairs was on time and repairs done quickly & professionally. Saved me a large sum of repairs for items not needed to be done (per quote from dealership). Went over inspection and had pictures of problem area"s. Time they told be for length of repairs was just about perfect. Even saved me money on quoted price as I didn't need as much fluids as they thought I might & lowered price accordingly. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone including friends and family.

I am a gentleman enthusiast. I've had more than a few cars and at least a few mechanics. Good diagnostics are almost impossible to find and hands down the first thing you want in a mechanic. I had one of those mystery problems rear its ugly head while I was on vacation and randomly stopped here based on reviews. They figured out a problem that had eluded several other mechanics and me myself and had my truck fixed for good the same day. That is priceless. They saved me a bunch in the end over what it seemed the problem was at first and they didn't do unnecessary repairs. Take it from someone who has learned, good diagnosis will keep you on the road and out of the poor house.

I was referred to One Stop Auto Care by a friend whose pickup they have dependably serviced for some time. My Honda CR-V had just been diagnosed in need of 4 wheel alignment before I could buy new tires. Since the diagnosis was delivered on July 2, I didn't have a hope in the world of finding a shop that could fit me in until after the Fourth of July holiday. But, to my surprise, Ray and the staff at One Stop got me in the same day and I was able to get new tires on the 3rd. I have already scheduled my next appointment for a valve adjustment!
