Taking my car to One Stop Auto Care was the best choice I could have made for the extensive repairs my car needed. Chris kept me informed the entire time with what needed to be repaired and the cost. Once they got into the repairs they found that one of the items they thought needed to be replaced/repaired was fine, where some other mechanics may not say anything and still charge for work that wasn't done (happened to me at the last mechanic I took my car to) One Stop Auto Care and Chris didn't. I wasn't pressured to do extra work, recommendations where made of course that should be done in the future but no scare tactics or pressure. They had everything done and my car ready to be picked up exactly when they said. I will definitely be taking my car back to One Stop Auto Care for all future repairs. 5 Stars for my entire experience with One Stop Auto Care, Chris and the entire staff from the moment i called to schedule the appointment (around my work schedule) to the moment they pulled my car right up to me when I went to pick it up. Best experience I've had dealing with a repair shop EVER!

We recently had the brakes repaired/replaced here, and were extremely pleased with both the service and the price. The techs are very busy, but worked hard to complete the job before the end of the day, and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was--I told the desk clerk it wasn't that much more than what I paid for a similar job in the late 90s. ****UPDATE***** WHEEL BEARING IS STILL DOING GREAT! HAD MY AC GO OUT AFTER BEING STUCK IN THE SAND. WAS GOING TO COST OVER $2300. NEED AC WITH MY KIDS AND PETS. ANTHONY WENT TO CHANGE OUT MY ENTIRE SYSTEM. FOUND A ROCK AND DEBRIS. CLEANED IT OUT AND IT STARTED WORKING! HONESTY LIKE THIS IS RARE. HE COULD'VE REPLACED IT ANYWAY AND CHARGED ME FULL PRICE. JUST BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE AND I AM STRAPPED FOR CASH. THANK YOU, ANTHONY FOR YOUR ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! I was having trouble with a noise coming from the drivers front wheel. Had the wheel bearing worked on twice. Something kept causing the wheel bearing to fail. Anthony and his team figured out what was going on, sent me links with pictures and videos, and saved the day. This was yesterday so the jury is still out on whether it will last. But I will come back with an edit in 3 months time. For today however I am very happy with with the service I received. I will definitely be back.

I liked the way the shop was set up and that the guys out front were pretty straight forward with us about what our Civic needed and what wasn't priority. Friendly service from the moment they took my call. My spouse and I were in a predicament en route home out of state from a long road trip when our vehicle broke down just East of Albuquerque. After trying 6 other auto shops in the area being told they wouldn’t be able to look at our car until the following Monday or Tuesday (it was Wednesday!) One Stop Auto Care’s Steve said while they were overbooked, they didn’t like turning anyone away in our situation and said to have it towed to their shop, they would look at it that day and go from there. After waiting 2 plus hours for our tow truck to arrive, O was concerned that the shops status would have changed being that it was a couple of hours from our original call. Upon arrival to the repair shop, we were greeted by Anthony who explained everything to us thoroughly, stating they would run a diagnostic, check the water pumps, hoses and gaskets and would try to have us back on the road by mid afternoon the next day, unless the issue was more serious. Honest mechanics are hard to come by these days. If you find yourselves in a similar situation in the Albuquerque, NM area,, or for ANY auto repair needs, do yourselves a favor and call One Stop Auto Care’s team first! They had our car ready for us when promised, just under the amount they quoted us, AND back on the road with a safe, great running vehicle (yes, our own) that had no issues at all on our remaining 850 mile drive home. Thank you One Stop Auto Care for reviving our sputtering engine and inoperable vehicle and getting us back home safely!

I have been using One Stop ever since my 2yr. new car dealer maintenance ran out. My car is now 10 yrs old, and One Stop just completed the 100,000 mile service. As always, they were honest about services that would normally be done at this point, but had been done recently, so there was no need to do that work again. Their prices are fair. They do comprehensive vehicle inspections, and notify you of the results along with pictures. They do not use pressure tactics, and if I tell them I want to take care of something on my own that is the end of it. If you need a ride they offer a courtesy shuttle. They work well with extended warranty services. Appointments do usually need to be made about 2 weeks in advance, but even this speaks to the quality of their service.

One Stop did an oil change and transmission fluid change on our Honda Element. This is the first time we did not go to the dealership for such services. We really appreciate the extensive inspection of the vehicle from door dings to air filters and safety checks of all lights. The only downside is having to schedule an appointment almost two weeks out.

Heard from a previous customer that Steve could probably drive my van and diagnose what was wrong. He did exactly that. After a hair-raising trip to Denver and back with the wrong shock absorbers, I now can confidently drive the van anywhere I like. He also suggested that the gearbox be adjusted to tighten the steering a little bit more and I will be even happier with how the van handles. I would also like to mention Adam, I spoke to him quite a bit on the phone and was often at the front desk. I hope he’s being paid well because he is delightful and knowledgeable and very willing to coordinate and organize whatever the customer might need. I will be back in the future with whatever else the van needs or decides to do. I am happy I found this auto shop and team of knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you all !

The great thing about this shop was the staff are great at customer service and reasonably priced and I was able to get my vehicle back in 2 days. I took my wrx sti in and it had a turbo coolant line leaking ,they fixed this and other problems they found in the engine area. aligned the four wheels , flushed and pressure tested coolant system , also had them change transmission fluid . I already have recommended them to others . They even called me to see if it was running ok

Needed work done on the ac and other usual maintenance. Was provided a reasonable quote and my car was ready in about a day and a half. So far everything I had done seems to be holding up great. After having my car for a couple of days I received a call and was told I was overcharged by about $32 and was immediately offered a refund or a free oil change. I never would have noticed the overcharge so I greatly appreciated the honesty and will be back in a few thousand miles for a free oil change.

I tried to set an appointment through RepairPal...they did not get it, so that was terrible. But when I called to make the appointment, Ray was super helpful and we scheduled it over the phone. They checked out the car and made recommendations with a written report and photographic evidence. I talked to Ray, who was super helpful and gave an estimate over the phone for the recommended work. I chose One Stop because of their participation in the Costco auto program. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Steve listened to my concerns and provided me with a full diagnostic on my vehicle, including pictures and video, that same day. He explained everything and made recommendations but honored my requests when denying specific services. There was still a lot of work that had to be done, and it was not cheap, but their prices are not unreasonable and better than I would have gotten at the dealer. The work was finished the next day, which I couldn't believe. It usually takes the dealer at least a week just to figure out what's wrong. All the issues my vehicle was having are now fixed and the work is well documented. Needless to say, I was impressed.

When he brought it in for them to look at, he said they were polite and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and it did not cost more (actually a bit less) than they quoted us. I brought my car in for an alignment and brake service yesterday and had a very good experience. Steve and his employees were friendly, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready, and the pricing was reasonable. A dealership might charge $80 for an alignment, somewhere like Big O Tires might charge $70, but One Stop charged $60. I'll be going back to them.

I learned about One Stop through Tirebuyer.com and I am so glad I did!!! I have great anxiety when it comes to my car being worked on, but Steve was very helpful and friendly. My new tires are great and they even remembered to transfer my chrome caps! The last place I used forgot them. Sometimes it really is the little things that people appreciate...
