I had to have my vehicle towed and their shop was willing to take me in. Never knew of them or heard of them. Wasn't sure what to expect. They were so considerate of my situation and did all they could to accommodate my needs. Kelly was awesome in keeping me up to date on everything and working with me in a cheerful and helpful attitude. If I ever need work on any of my vehicles... they will be my shop!! Highly recommend.

I live most of the year in Minnesota, but my daughter goes to school at UNM in Albuquerque. When her old Kia needed work, the people at One Stop were always fair and honest. They’d get her car back on the road with a quickly and at a minimal cost. Yesterday I had a flat from a screw in my tire. The folks at One Stop removed the tire from the rim and showed me the extensive damage to the interior sidewall of the tire caused by the twisting screw. The tire was unfixable. My mechanic, Chris, told me they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock. He called around for me and found a tire shop who could take care of my problem. He didn’t charge me for the time and effort spent on my car. Simply put, One Stop Auto Care is a first rate operation. They’ve been in business a long time. They’re fair, honest, capable, and pleasant to work with. They have my highest recommendation.

Honestly, I do not go anywhere else to get work done on my truck. Even though it is older (a '94 F-150, and NO, it is NOT for sale), Steve and his techs have always been willing to work on it. His services are always prompt, complete, and are well worth the price. The integrity of Steve and his staff has always been beyond question in my opinion, and since I plan on keeping my truck until the day I die, I am sure that I will be using his services quite often. The is place was incredible! I was unfortunately side swiped in a parking when I was inside the store, my car mirror was completely ripped off and broken, no note or anything and cameras don’t get it , I happened to google where to fix car mirrors and called them Ona whim and they were able to do it same day thankfully! Chris and Kelly are so amazing! So calming! Amazing human beings and this place is 100 percent worth going to for your car needs!!!
