First time at One Stop. New to the area and chose them after reading reviews online. Owner responded to each review from customers, negative and positive. Owner, Steve, was on sight and made me feel that he appreciated my business. Friendly, helpful staff, short wait, affordable. I will definitely use One Stop for my auto needs.

I contacted them through their website when my dad's van started leaking pink fluid. They were quick and response through email. When he brought it in for them to look at, he said they were polite and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and it did not cost more (actually a bit less) than they quoted us. We will 100% be going back when the van needs more work.

Took my car here to fix several maintenance issues. The service people were very nice, and my issues were fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely do business here again.

I chose One Stop because of their participation in the Costco auto program. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Steve listened to my concerns and provided me with a full diagnostic on my vehicle, including pictures and video, that same day. He explained everything and made recommendations but honored my requests when denying specific services. There was still a lot of work that had to be done, and it was not cheap, but their prices are not unreasonable and better than I would have gotten at the dealer. The work was finished the next day, which I couldn't believe. It usually takes the dealer at least a week just to figure out what's wrong. All the issues my vehicle was having are now fixed and the work is well documented. Needless to say, I was impressed.
