I chose One Stop because of their participation in the Costco auto program. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Steve listened to my concerns and provided me with a full diagnostic on my vehicle, including pictures and video, that same day. He explained everything and made recommendations but honored my requests when denying specific services. There was still a lot of work that had to be done, and it was not cheap, but their prices are not unreasonable and better than I would have gotten at the dealer. The work was finished the next day, which I couldn't believe. It usually takes the dealer at least a week just to figure out what's wrong. All the issues my vehicle was having are now fixed and the work is well documented. Needless to say, I was impressed.
