Looked up this place on Yelp,and the review of this place were all 5 star ratings,and I gotta contribute my 5 stars,this place is excellent!! The staff was excellent and Steve was extremely helpful and listened to my experience at another place,and I can definitely say One Stop Auto Care was way better than the other place I visited, One Stop was very professional and I even received a text about the condition of my vehicle followed by a phone call, My vehicle was fixed same day. Ill definitely be back for further services.

I'm new to Albuquerque, so I wasn't sure where I should take my care for an oil change looked over etc. I wanted a place that was a one stop shop. After reading the reviews for One Stop Auto Care I decided that I will make the 30min drive to the shop., I could have went somewhere around my house, but I'm glad I went to One Stop Auto Care. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.. Advised me on what needed to be done on my car and what could wait/what was good. I got the vibe that this is a trustworthy shop. So I decided go ahead and leave my car there for repairs.. Steve the owner was very nice he even gave me a ride, because couldn't get picked up.. I would recommend One Stop Auto Care to Everyone!!

This place is affordable, friendly, and reliable. Steve is very helpful and upfront about what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. It's nice to find an honest quality business that gets things done. I wish I could take them with me to the next place I move!

I was sent here by the company that handles my car warranty and I'm so glad they sent me to One Stop Auto Care. They were very friendly and professional and had my car fixed much sooner than I expected (I had it back the same day). They also offer free towing with their service. I would definitely use them again for any car issues j have.

I learned about One Stop through Tirebuyer.com and I am so glad I did!!! I have great anxiety when it comes to my car being worked on, but Steve was very helpful and friendly. My new tires are great and they even remembered to transfer my chrome caps! The last place I used forgot them. Sometimes it really is the little things that people appreciate... Their prices are excellent and I will be returning for any non-warranty items on my car. I highly recommend them to any one!

I brought my car in for an alignment and brake service yesterday and had a very good experience. Steve and his employees were friendly, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready, and the pricing was reasonable. A dealership might charge $80 for an alignment, somewhere like Big O Tires might charge $70, but One Stop charged $60. I'll be going back to them.

For out of warranty items, I only take my truck to One Stop. Steve does an awesome job and is way less expensive than the dealers. I would highly recommend this business.
